AMULANCE Prepares To Enter Studio
June 28, 2007Classic melodic speed metal band AMULANCE is reparing to enter the studio to begin pre-production for its new CD. The group has spent the last several months writing new material for the record, and, according the guitarist Bob Luman, the tunes are absolutely killer. Luman states, "because of the geographical distance between us, we have been utilizing the Internet to share ideas between the band members. At first I was apprehensive about this approach, but the new material we have written blows me away."
AMULANCE will spend the bulk of July recording and will post sound samples on its MySpace page.
On April 21, Stormspell Records released "The Rage Within and the Aftermath". The 12-track CD included the six original songs from the ultra-rare 1987 demo, as well as six additional never-before-heard demo recordings taken from the "The Aftermath Sessions", recorded during 1988-1989, shortly after the completion of the band's acclaimed "Feel the Pain" LP.
